The Networker Community is an initiative for those passionate about growing meaningful connections for their professional life (career-wise) and personal life (hobby-wise) through the power of being a better networker (meeting the right people and connecting the right people). We believe everyone has the potential to build stronger social connections, but it's often difficult to do so without the right facilitation. We enable that with training, coaching, and events (virtual & in-person) so that meeting and connecting others is intentional and enjoyable.Whether you're looking to make new connections in your community for philanthropy, expand your business network for new business, find new opportunities to volunteer for charity, or meet new people to share your hobbies, we aim to connect extroverts, introverts, and everyone in between for being a better networker in the physical and digital world.

HOW TO NETWORK EFFORTLESSLY?
Use Networker Cards: Engaging Topics & Questions For Networking
Forget about giving someone you just met a business card,
because the new business card is your LinkedIn profile.Simply remember the questions and topics above for your next
networker or introduction to someone new. They're designed to guide your networking with more
effortless, fun, and intentional convos among a group or 1-on-1.Have fun with bringing up the questions and topics,
give them your own unique twist or make some new ones.Remember there are no boring, dumb, or annoying
questions, but those types of people definitely exist.
WAYS TO MAKE NETWORKING HARDER:Be very serious, don't smile, never laugh.Try to figure people out and do your best to psycho-analyze them.Discuss controversial topics and force your opinions on others you just met.Give unsolicited advice, interrupt, be overly loud and tell people "you should".Talk on and on and on without allowing for an exchange in the dialogue.Share your life traumas, your faults, your deep dark secrets, and those of others.Yes, we're being cheeky...avoid all that and discuss what you enjoy. Just let go and have a fun conversation.
WAYS TO MAKE NETWORKING EASIER:Approach networking with a mindset around being curious about others.Listen, listen, share, think, listen.Talk about your interests and inquire about other people's interests too.Ask follow-up questions if you are genuinely interested. If not, don't.Take your time to share your thoughts vs. feeling the need to rush your words.Dress well, smell good,
listen well, feel good.Networking is also much easier when you come with a friend who is fun to have around - so bring them too!
